Bio

Pippa is a singer, actress and dancer, originally from Hull in East Yorkshire. Her singing career began at the age of 14 when she successfully auditioned for a lead singer role in an established local rock band. She has found success during her 15 years in the industry, performing on television to millions of viewers after being chosen from 30,000 applicants to appear on BBC One’s Fame Academy. She toured the U.K and Ireland, performing at major arenas, landing a number of ongoing record deals in the dance music industry.

Pippa started dance classes at the age of six and has danced in countless shows for various bands over the years, including Icehouse Project and, more recently, established local choreographer David Danville’s Crew Street FX. Pippa has studied the arts since the age of 16, landing her first professional role three years ago in John Godber’s Funny Turns. Since then she has gone on to complete a six-month tour of Thornton and Godber’s classic Shakers and, more recently, worked with Director Neil Sissons on The Office Christmas Party at Hull Truck Theatre. Pippa has recently been signed to top acting agent Philippa Howell Personal Management.
